Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Combined Catering and Cleaning Services Manager to oversee our team based at Southern Regional College sites across Co. Armagh and Down.

Working Pattern

• 39 hours per week
• Generally Monday to Friday; flexibility required for occasional weekends/evenings.
• Manage own diary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control catering, cleaning, ground waste management services to agreed specifications, performance, qualitative and financial targets.
• Lead operating areas and teams to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators.
• Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives.
• Proactively manage services across sites, providing support and guidance to teams ensuring a high level of services to the client.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement service standards, styles and products.
• Engage a wide range of personalities, inspiring belief and energy.
• Plan, organise and prioritise across a large stakeholder group.
• Coordinate the refilling, unpacking and sorting of stock.
• Maintain presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Valid driving licence.
