Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Combined Catering and Cleaning Services Manager to oversee our team based at Southern Regional College sites across Co. Armagh and Down.
Working Pattern
- 39 hours per week
- Generally Monday to Friday; flexibility required for occasional weekends/evenings.
- Manage own diary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control catering, cleaning, ground waste management services to agreed specifications, performance, qualitative and financial targets.
- Lead operating areas and teams to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators.
- Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives.
- Proactively manage services across sites, providing support and guidance to teams ensuring a high level of services to the client.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement service standards, styles and products.
- Engage a wide range of personalities, inspiring belief and energy.
- Plan, organise and prioritise across a large stakeholder group.
- Coordinate the refilling, unpacking and sorting of stock.
- Maintain presentation and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Valid driving licence.
