Location: Antrim - Belfast International Airport Causeway Lounge
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 of 7 days, 04:00-20:30

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
- Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
- Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
- Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as other resources.
- Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
- Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro‑activeness.
- Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
- Ensure all client and 3rd party paperwork is completed accurately, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing.
- Work towards achieving financial and non‑financial targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role.
- Ability to prioritise with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to follow instruction.
