Senior Technical Coordinator – Mount Anvil

We’re looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Senior Technical Coordinator to work with a Technical Manager on the regeneration of Bacton Estate Phase 2, a north London flagship scheme close to Hampstead Heath and Gospel Oak underground. It’s currently in pre‑construction, offering the opportunity to work from inception through Gateway 2 and deliver 460 new homes plus communal areas and fitness amenities (part of our partnership with Peloton).

• Lead and manage various design elements of a large RC‑frame residential project from start to finish, involving RIBA Stages 3–6.
• Serve as the key coordinator for design packages of this phase, managing consultants, chairing design team meetings, and supervising a Technical Coordinator.
• Demonstrate excellent precision in applying technical requirements and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• Step in for the Technical Manager as needed and contribute to delivering the best product to customers.
