We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Technical Coordinator to join us on an exciting redevelopment project, Church Street, a joint venture with our partner, Westminster City Council based in Edgware. You’ll support the delivery of 430 new homes on an estate regeneration in Zone 1. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about technical design and delivery to ensure our customers have an exceptional place to live.
This award-winning development, designed to Passivhaus principles, is just a stone’s throw from Paddington, Edgware Road, and Marylebone stations. The scheme also includes a range of resident amenities such as a cinema room, Peloton studio, public library, and retail space. Located adjacent to the 200-year-old Church Street market, this role offers the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a historic part of London.
You’ll have experience leading external packages such as façade, roofing, windows, and balconies. You’ll be confident managing and leading consultants and subcontractors, coordinating trackers, securing NHBC approvals, closing out RFIs, and overseeing other key design elements as part of the role. Experience delivering RIBA stages 4–7 is essential for this role.
In this role, you’ll manage key packages including the external façade, comprising offsite precast brickwork, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, a zinc barrel vault roof, as well as windows and balconies. You’ll also play a key role leading the BSR change control process, partnering with the wider project team to manage change effectively, holding the lead designer to account and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes for our customers.
Ours is a high-performance culture. High performance in this role is showing excellent attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned when managing design on site. Being a great collaborator cross-functionally (we do nothing in silo here). Working with delivery and commercial teams on site to make sure we deliver on our promise to our customers within the programme and cost we agreed!
This is a culture where you’ll be giving and getting feedback from day one, because we think it’s the fastest way to learn and to build trust. We want to be challenged by you, too – we hate unnecessary hierarchy and “my way or the highway” has no place here. So, if you’re interested in working on a new flagship scheme apply now!
