Reports To: Assistant Headteacher
Liaises With: Key Stage AHT’s, Pastoral Leaders, Safeguarding Team, Inclusion Team, and External Agencies

Job Purpose
To work collaboratively with Key Stage Pastoral Leaders and support the Assistant Headteacher in managing all aspects of school attendance and related administration. The role focuses on early intervention, building strong partnerships with families—particularly those who struggle to engage or communicate with the school—and executing statutory and supportive procedures to maximise student attendance and safeguard wellbeing.
