Our cover Teachers provide high-quality teaching and learning across the school, undertake class teaching and cover as required — short term and longer term — across different year groups according to need.
What to expect:
You will join Moulton’s wider teaching team, get to know our children and become a valued colleague across the school. Step into classes whenever cover is required. Build consistent relationships and routines. Support continuity when a teacher is unavailable. Work closely with year group and phase teams.

- Teach, assess, mark and adapt learning
- Maintain behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Collaborate across year groups and phases
- Communicate effectively when taking over and handing back classes
- Contribute to events, enrichment and the school ethos
- Attend meetings, develop practice and uphold professional standards
