Moulton College is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Success Coach to support our students in reaching their full potential.
In this rewarding role, you’ll provide one‑to‑one coaching, deliver engaging personal development sessions, and work closely with curriculum and wellbeing teams to drive student success.
If you’re motivated by making a real difference in students’ lives and have experience in mentoring, coaching, or student support, we’d love to hear from you.
This role will be working 37 hours per week, over 40 working weeks per year.
