Moulton College is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Success Coach to support our students in reaching their full potential.
You’ll provide one-to-one coaching, deliver engaging personal development sessions, and work closely with curriculum and wellbeing teams to drive student success.
This part-time role runs 22.2 hours per week across 40 weeks per year. Closing date Monday 10 August 2026. Interviews will be held during week commencing 17 August 2026.
