Do you enjoy being on the road and making a difference every day? We are looking for a Casual Driver to join our Transport team at Moulton College. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values safety, reliability, and excellent service. Experience driving a minibus is not essential. Applicants require a full, clean driving licence with D1 entitlement and a willingness to train. Interviews for this role will be taking place w/c 26 May 2026. We are currently looking for someone who can work mornings between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. This role is ideal if you have some availability during the week – whether you’re waiting for your first full‑time position, between roles, or simply looking for fewer hours to fit around other commitments. We also have a role that is offered on a zero‑hour basis. Shifts will be offered based on business needs, meaning working hours will vary.
Responsibilities
- Transport students to college in the morning.
- Transport students and staff safely between college sites.
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure compliance with college policies during journeys.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to keep our fleet in top condition.
Qualifications
- Full, clean UK driving licence with D1 entitlement.
- Experience working with young people and vulnerable adults.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
