We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Forklift Driver to support year‑round operations and peak harvest activity. You will operate forklifts and a range of site machinery to ensure safe, efficient movement of product and materials while maintaining full traceability, high safety standards, and excellent site presentation. This is a hands‑on, varied role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and indoors, and thrives in a fast‑paced agricultural environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Shift Supervisor with the day‑to‑day coordination of yard operations
  • Acting as the go‑to person for forklift drivers during your shift, offering guidance and support
  • Training and mentoring new team members, helping them develop safe and efficient working practices
  • Operating forklifts and other handling equipment to move, load and unload produce and materials
  • Ensuring all loads are secure and that people, equipment and buildings are protected
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by monitoring activity and reporting hazards or near misses
  • Using scanners to maintain full traceability of products movements on and off site
  • Keeping the yard clean, organised and running efficiently at all times
  • Preparing product for dispatch, including boxes, bags and bulk loads
  • Managing pallet movements and empty crate out‑loading
  • Operating additional machinery such as telehandlers, shunters, scissor lifts and compactors (training provided where required)
  • Completing routine equipment checks and paperwork, reporting defects promptly
  • Assisting with general site maintenance and supporting other departments when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance (B1) 3.5t Forklift Licence
  • 7‑tonne Forklift (B2) Licence
  • Telehandler Licence
  • Comfortable working with ramps, scissor lifts, shunters and swift lifts
  • Ability to judge weights, loads and stacking heights accurately
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
