We are looking for a driven and motivated Team Leader to help lead our factory operations and support the management team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for an experienced Line Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the team to perform at their best. When the Supervisor is absent, you will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day running of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily management and organisation of staff within designated production areas.
  • Lead, motivate and coordinate the team to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure all staff follow company procedures relating to hygiene, dress standards and safe working practices.
  • Process customer orders by issuing production details, including quantities and packaging requirements, and recording them on daily production records.
  • Communicate any order changes quickly and clearly to the production team.
  • Liaise with the Factory Manager/Supervisor and customers if any part of an order cannot be fulfilled.
  • Print and check product labels and packaging to ensure they match customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records, stock control and staff timesheets.
