Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and make a real difference? We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our site running smoothly all year round. You will be a key part of the team, making sure products and materials are moved safely, efficiently, and in the right place at the right time.
Working hours: 06:30am - 7:00pm on a Panama shift pattern.
What you will be doing:
- Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site.
- Loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items safely.
- Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised.
- Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.).
- Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking.
- Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed.
- During harvest season, managing crop intake, moving trailers, and keeping everything flowing using a range of equipment.
What we are looking for:
- Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
- Good understanding of site safety and load handling.
- Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Confident judging distances, heights, and weights.
