Join Us as an L&D Coordinator – Help Shape Learning and Drive Business Success! Are you passionate about making training more than just a tick-box exercise? Do you love getting into the detail, spotting what others miss, and turning data into meaningful action? If so, we want you on our team! We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator who can keep our training records audit and compliance strong – meeting customer, BRCGS, and company standards. Your advanced excel wizardry and sharp problem-solving skills will help you analyse data, close training gaps, and keep our Learning Management System (LMS) in top shape. From day one, you’ll be hands-on with data, systems and compliance, but the role offers exciting opportunities to expand into training delivery, evaluation and learning impact. You’ll be a key link between people, processes, and performance – building strong relationships at every level of the business. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm What you’ll be doing: * Maintaining and analysing training records using advanced excel tools * Spotting and correcting errors to keep data accurate and audit ready * Producing gap reports and streamlining reporting processes * Assigning training and SOPs, and chasing up overdue or upcoming training * Keeping our training matrices up to date and compliant * Ensuring LMS content and records are always current * Creating engaging, compliant and accurate training materials * Working with managers and technical teams to develop and update SOPs * Preparing spot-on evidence and documentation for audits * Delivering inductions, refresher sessions, and coordinating external courses * Evaluating training effectiveness and linking learning to business goals What we’re looking for: * Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas – you know the drill) * A logical thinker with eagle-eyed attention to detail * A confident communicator who can connect with people at all levels * Previous experience in a training or L&D environment Why Join Moulton Bulb Company?
