We are looking for An Engineering Manager to take full ownership of our engineering and site services function — delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance across all machinery, facilities, and infrastructure. This is a pivotal role, ensuring our operations run smoothly, reliably, and in line with business objectives and deadlines. What you’ll do • Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, providing clear objectives and hands-on guidance. • Manage proactive and preventative maintenance for all machinery and site services (including building repairs, facilities, and infrastructure). • Ensure all engineering activities support operational needs, meet deadlines, and maintain high safety and compliance standards. • Oversee budgets and drive cost efficiency through smart procurement and contractor management. • Develop the team’s skills and capability through targeted training, cross-skilling, and succession planning. • Introduce innovative solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall site performance.
