The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for Automatic machine operators to efficiently and effectively run the auto operator machines and the ultrasonic welding machines for inline packing. Working hours are 06.15am - 6.30pm on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Efficiently and safely run and manage the inline packing machines.
- Raise mechanical issues in a timely manner with the line leader or engineering department to minimise downtime.
- Keep the machinery in as good a working condition as possible and operating at the optimum speed.
- Keep the machines maintained to minimize breakdowns and possible downtime.
- Report any downtime which will have an adverse effect on meeting your production targets.
- Leave the machines in good working order and clean for the next shift to start.
