Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Location: Moulsford-on-Thames, Oxon, OX10 9HR

Salary: Dependent on experience & qualifications, commensurate with industry standards

Job Type: Full Time, Fixed term – 5th January – 30th June 2026

Job Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (5:30pm finish one day per week)

Closing date: 2nd November 2025

About the role

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Pre-School team, located in a stunning new, purpose-designed building as part of our outstanding Prep School.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join us in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children aged 3-4 years can thrive and develop.

About you

  • Minimum Level 6 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Ability to create a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment
