The Role:
We are seeking a Travel Guardian to travel on our school bus in the mornings and afternoons to provide supervision and support to the children, encourage excellent behaviour, liaise with parents, and take care of the children in the case of an emergency.
The morning bus picks up from Shiplake at 7.30am, arriving at Moulsford at 8.20am. The afternoon bus departs Moulsford at 4.20pm, arriving at Shiplake at 5pm, then returning to Moulsford for a second run departing Moulsford at 5.55pm and arriving at Shiplake at 6.35pm, except for Wednesdays and Fridays when there is no second run.
The Candidate:
The role would suit a retired teacher or someone with experience of working with children. Travel arrangements to and from Shiplake and/or Moulsford at either end of the journey can be discussed.
Previous experience working with children is essential.
