About Mouldd: We are a fast-growing resin arts & crafts brand helping people all over the UK/US get creative. From home décor to floral preservation, we make resin accessible, exciting, and genuinely beautiful.
We are searching for a hands-on, creative, and self-motivated Brand & Product Developer to join our small but mighty team. This is a proper "wear lots of hats" role where you will help shape our product range, evolve the Mouldd brand, and play a key part in our US launch. You will have real freedom, real responsibility, and the chance to bring bold ideas to life quickly.
Mouldd launched in 2021 and we have been growing fast ever since. We are independent, self-funded, and building a brand people genuinely love. We have already created a loyal community of makers, and now we want to level up our brand, products, and presence in a big way. In 2026, we are launching our product range into the US.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who loves testing, creating, and experimenting. Someone who can think strategically, move fast, and get stuck into day-to-day growth. If you enjoy seeing your ideas go from concept to reality in weeks, not months, you will feel right at home here.
We care more about attitude than a perfect CV. Skills can be taught, but curiosity, drive, and good energy can’t. You should be confident sharing opinions, challenging the status quo, and suggesting ways we can do things better. We want someone entrepreneurial who is excited to own projects from day one and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up.
Ideally, you will have experience working with a consumer brand, e-commerce business, or D2C startup.
What you will be doing:
- Brand & Product Development
- Rethinking and evolving our current product range to elevate design, packaging, and overall brand feel.
- Managing the end-to-end product development, from idea and concept through to launch - handling relationships with our suppliers/factories.
- Working closely with our in-house designer, to bring new products and brand ideas to life.
- Helping develop and launch new products across our website, Amazon, and other platforms.
- Reviewing our Shopify store regularly and making improvements to elevate the customer experience.
- Monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to spot opportunities and drive smarter decisions.
- Supporting our Amazon expansion by creating and optimising listings.
- Contributing ideas for paid ad concepts, hooks, and trends across Meta and TikTok.
- Assisting with crafting landing/product pages for new product launches.
- Finding and collaborating with content creators to get feedback during product development.
- Helping organise tutorials and educational content which are linked in the kits.
Life at Mouldd: We are a team of five based in the UK, and everyone wears multiple hats. One day you might be deep in product development, the next brainstorming ad concepts or brand ideas. It’s not unusual for us to come up with an idea at 9am, test it by lunchtime, and decide by 5pm whether it’s a winner or not. We move fast, we test often, and we’re not afraid to fail. If you can make a strong case for an idea, we’re willing to back it, no matter how wild it sounds. We are a fully remote team - sometimes with optional meet ups in London if you’re nearby.
Skills:
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Project management and organisation (ability to manage multiple projects and priorities).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a small team.
- Passion for building meaningful brands and exceptional customer experiences.
- Confident using data to inform decisions and spot opportunities.
- Adobe Illustrator or equivalent (optional).
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field (optional).
- 1-2 years experience in a brand, product, or marketing role within e-commerce or D2C.
