Incredibly busy real estate disputes team of 1 partner and 3 fee earners is interested in hiring at senior associate / legal director level with a short track to partner.
This opportunity is for an ambitious Property Litigation Senior Associate to join a highly regarded London practice with an impressive client base spanning both the UK and international markets.
The workload is varied, complex and consistently high quality, encompassing the full spectrum of commercial property disputes for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers, private clients and high‑net‑worth individuals.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex, high‑quality commercial property disputes, collaborating closely with the Real Estate department and the Commercial Disputes practice.
- Provide immediate exposure to quality work, significant responsibility and engagement with senior clients.
- Build long‑term client relationships and contribute to business growth for the practice.
Qualifications
- Property Litigation lawyer with strong technical ability and experience.
- Excellent client‑relationship skills and confident networking abilities.
- Commercial mindset and desire to contribute to the growth of an ambitious, collaborative team.
- Demonstrated partnership potential; transparent route with previous years’ experience recognised toward partnership progression.
