Our client has a mature and distinguished real estate practice, with particular expertise in a wide variety of development projects. Looking to hire a mid to senior level development lawyer, the team is interested in someone attune to the commercial, legal and practical challenges inherent in any development project but must have the " can-do" and focused approach associated with all fee earners at this firm. You should have substantial, high quality experience in commercial, residential and mixed use schemes. You’ll have the chance to work on greenfield and previously developed sites ranging from hospitals, student accommodation, ports to science parks, universities to flood defences.
