The current head of litigation at this boutique tech and media led practice is relocating overseas. The partners are keen to appoint a replacement partner or ambitious senior associate/legal director who may feel blocked at one of the larger City firms but who has the technical expertise and confidence to lead the contentious offering. Wonderful opportunity for someone with a stellar background who has some expertise in competition damages, private action damages and more general litigation.
