Role Description
The Store Manager role at Mou is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring an engaging and efficient retail environment. Key responsibilities include driving footwear sales, leading a small team, managing rotas, overseeing inventory and store orders, logistical aspects regarding store orders and freight etc, visual merchandising and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales performance and maintaining stock integrity. The Store Manager also analyzes store performance metrics and prepares monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including team leadership, operations oversight, and sales performance management.
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention, including monitoring shrink, enforcing procedures, and ensuring compliance.
- Previous experience in fashion or footwear retail management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and use retail management systems.
- Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Shopify is a huge advantage as monotoring the back end of website and managing a modest volume of customer queries is required
