Our client, a successful multiâsite law firm, has a longâstanding and excellent reputation in private client and family & matrimonial law. The firm is progressive, offers great flexibility and promotes a healthy meritâbased culture.
Role Overview
This is a key role for the firm, offering genuine autonomy and the chance to play an instrumental role in the department, supporting an established client base of private individuals including HNW clients with assets in the ÂŁmultiâmillions.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring strong technical legal skills and feel comfortable advising clients on a range of private family matters including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial settlement and ancillary relief, cohabitation and separations, pre and postânuptial agreements, and Children Act work.
- Build strong relationships with your clients, opening up new opportunities for work and helping to mentor more junior members of the team.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
The firm is keen to speak to you if you are a Family Partner already and perhaps looking for a different platform, or perhaps you are a senior family lawyer or legal director looking for a first partnership role.
