In this key role, you’ll be part of an established team providing strategic legal advice to higher education institutions, colleges, and related organisations. Advising on a broad range of governance, student, regulatory, and data protection matters, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the education sector and of supporting institutions through complex governance, safeguarding, and student-related challenges. This role would suit a qualified solicitor and education law specialist with ca 5 years+ PQE (this is a guide only.)
