Overview
Top 100 firm seeks to appoint a banking senior associate to join their growing team in Southampton. Our client is a major UK law firm and home to an excellent banking and finance practice. The firm now seeks to appoint an associate or senior associate with at least 3 years PQE to join their well-regarded banking & finance practice in Southampton.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a range of banking and finance matters including acquisition finance, asset based lending transactions, secured lending work, real estate finance and general corporate banking.
- Work as part of a friendly team under the direction of a likeable and experienced partner.
- Represent a diverse client base including major UK clearing banks, building societies, funds, investors and other financial institutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years PQE in banking & finance.
- Experience in another recognised banking & finance practice.
- Based in Hampshire / Solent or seeking a move to a top firm in the locality; flexible on office attendance for those living further afield.
