We have been instructed on this outstanding opportunity to work in a team with important existing client relationships in a specialist, high-performing residential development team undertaking top-quality work.

The Role

This position offers an opportunity within the firm’s specialist development practice, assisting Partners with market-leading work. You will be mentored by experienced Partners who are leaders in their field, supporting your career progression.

The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with national, regional, and smaller developer clients across various matters:

• Site acquisition and site setup
• Infrastructure and planning agreements
• Secured lending
• Plot/unit sales

The team is highly specialized, with members ranked on L500 and Chambers for development and real estate. It works closely with the firm\’s real estate department, a core and highly successful part of the business.
