We have been instructed on this outstanding opportunity to work in a team where there are important existing client relationships in this specialist, high-performing residential development team, undertaking top-quality work.

Ambitious and confident, the firm has grown organically by bringing in talented and like-minded individuals as well as developing its own rising stars. The predominantly young partnership is a successful mix of home-grown lawyers and external hires.
The Role
This role offers an opportunity in the firm’s specialist and enviable development practice, assisting the Partners on market-leading work. You will be mentored by experienced Partners who are top of their game, enabling you to progress in your career with the right guidance and support.
The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with national, regional, and smaller developer clients across a range of matters:
- Site acquisition and site set-up
- Infrastructure and planning agreements
- Secured lending
- Plot/unit sales
The team is highly specialist, with several individuals ranked on L500 and Chambers for development and real estate. It works alongside the firm's real estate offering, which is a core part of the business and one of the most successful departments.
You
An experienced and ambitious development lawyer, you may have a range of sector exposure and/or transactional experience. Alternatively, your current practice might be narrower and more focused. What is key here is your passion and ambition to play a key role in the development of the practice and your own career.
