This team has built an enviable national reputation for development work, undertaking complex development projects for major developers and with plans to become the go to development solicitors across the south.
This full-service commercial firm has clarity of vision and purpose. Ambitious and robust, the firm has grown organically by securing talented individuals laterally as well as carefully developing its own people. As a result, the partnership is a successful mix of home‑grown lawyers and external hires and is built upon values of trust, collaboration and the highest service quality to customers.
This role is an opportunity to join the firm’s enviable national development practice whilst playing a key role in developing the firm's market presence in London. The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with national, regional and bespoke developer clients across a range of matters: The specialist development team works alongside the firm's real estate offering which is a core for the business and one of the most successful departments.
You are an experienced development lawyer, with a track record of working on development transactions for clients, looking for a Legal Director and/or Partnership platform, with a firm able to match your ambition. What is key here is your appetite to play a key role in the development of the practice, whilst taking your own career to greater heights. Excellent package, clear scope for progression to equity and hybrid working arrangements on offer.
