This major national firm seeks a commercial real estate solicitor to join their successful team based in Southampton. Ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, our client has a market leading reputation for commercial property transactions and has an entrepreneurial, forward thinking approach and team orientated culture.
The firm is looking for a talented commercial property / real estate solicitor with 1 year+ PQE to handle broad ranging matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions
- Disposals
- Development
- Investment property
- Landlord & tenant
- Asset management work
Working as part of a national real estate group, but with a strong commitment to servicing the South Coast market, you will advise commercial developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with substantial property interests on diverse and challenging work drawn from the local region and from further afield.
