Our client is a regional firm with a strong name across the Thames Valley, recognised for pragmatic advice and first-class client care. Growth in its commercial disputes practice has created the need for an additional senior hire in this highly regarded, L500 ranked team.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of a complex, high value commercial dispute caseload, from early-stage advice through to resolution
- Work hand in hand with colleagues in other departments, including a busy property team
- Build on established client and referrer relationships, and bring in new ones
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers within a collaborative team
- Help shape the department's direction through business development
About You
- Solicitor of England & Wales, ideally c.6 years' PQE and above (flexible for the right experience)
- A track record of running complex commercial disputes matters
- Commercially minded, analytical and a clear communicator
- Meticulous, organised and client-focused
- Keen to step into a leadership role as the team grows
