  • You will inherit and further develop an established private client offering advising on:
    • Wills and estate planning
    • Probate and estate administration
    • Trusts and tax planning
    • Inheritance tax matters
    • LPAs and Court of Protection work
    • High-net-worth private client matters
    • Family wealth preservation and succession planning

There is significant scope to influence the future direction of the department, support junior lawyers and contribute to wider business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • We are keen to speak with:
    • Existing Partners
    • Senior Associates seeking first-time partnership
    • Legal Directors / Heads of Department
    • Experienced Private Client Solicitors with leadership ambitions

You will ideally demonstrate:

  • Strong technical private client expertise
  • Experience managing HNW and multi-generational clients
  • Commercial awareness and relationship-building capability
  • Team leadership experience
  • STEP qualification advantageous, though not essential
  • Interest in long-term succession and practice development
