This is one of Dorset's leading firms - they are long-established with an enviable client base. Their PI team is small, and its work is high quality - it comes from a variety of sources, which has played a part in the team's stability. It includes matters of the utmost severity.
They are now looking for a lawyer to join them who is interested in progressing their career towards partnership - the current HOD is looking to retire in the medium term, and therefore looking at succession now - this is a role where you will be prepped for partnership and that HOD role in due course. The service the team provides is bespoke, so this role will suit someone who wants to move away from the factory-style PI approach that some firms take.
