An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Partner or ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director to step into a Partner & Head of Contentious Trusts & Probate role. Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the firm's Contentious Trusts & Probate practice
- Manage a varied caseload including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, trust disputes, and estate administration conflicts
- Drive business development initiatives and grow a sustainable pipeline of work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and referrers
- Mentor, manage, and develop junior lawyers and contribute to team succession planning
- Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross‑referral opportunities
