An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Partner or ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director to step into a Partner & Head of Contentious Trusts & Probate role. This is a strategic hire, offering the chance to shape and grow the firm's contentious private client practice. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the firm's Contentious Trusts & Probate practice
  • Manage a varied caseload including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, trust disputes, and estate administration conflicts
  • Drive business development initiatives and grow a sustainable pipeline of work
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and referrers
  • Mentor, manage, and develop junior lawyers and contribute to team succession planning
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross‑referral opportunities
