Broad mix of highâquality employment matters advising a broad range of blueâchip clients across multiple sectors, including internationally.
Responsibilities:- Dayâtoâday employment advice for high profile respondent clients, including drafting T&Cs, employment agreements and dealing with issues arising from various forms of workplace discrimination.
- Corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, business transfers and outsourcings.
- Employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation.
- Collective matters such as restructuring/redundancies, integration and TUPE, and industrial relations.
- Investigations (including regulatory investigations).
- Strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements.
