Excellent new opportunity for a residential conveyancing lawyer looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm. Our client is a high quality large regional law firm with offices on the Hampshire/Surrey border. The property team has an exceptional reputation for high quality low volume conveyancing work.
The firm now seeks to appoint a residential conveyancing lawyer, ideally with ca. 2 years experience or more in handling a caseload of high value residential property matters, although those with more or less experience are encouraged to apply.
You’ll handle residential sales, purchases and remortgage work relating to freehold and leasehold properties of mid to high value up to £50m in a supportive and team led environment. The firm is very well managed with excellent technology including highly efficient case management systems.
