Are you an employment solicitor looking for something different? Well-regarded regional law firm seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their team in Gloucester. Our client is a well-established multi-office firm with an excellent reputation.

The firm is home to a successful employment practice which handles contentious and non-contentious employment work for respondent clients and senior executives and company directors. The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with at least 2 years+ PQE to join their team.

With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including some or all of:

  • drafting terms and conditions and employment contracts and agreements
  • TUPE
  • equal pay issues
  • whistleblowing
  • a variety of discrimination claims
  • redundancy and Tribunal work

You’ll be joining a small but friendly and supportive team. You’ll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs and partnerships on varied and challenging employment law issues.
