Our client is looking for an ambitious senior lawyer who is eager to play a key role in a top-tier corporate team, supporting partners to help develop and grow the team. Day-to-day work will involve:
- General M&A
- Shareholders agreements
- Investments
- Re-organisations
- Share incentives
You will see yourself as a strong all-rounder, happy to work as the matter lead on your own projects as well as getting involved in integrated advisory projects at group level. You will deliver corporate legal advice to a range of corporate clients, from global multi-nationals to domestic SMEs.
