Our client is a forward-moving, innovative firm with a strong mid-market corporate practice.

Characterised by its down to earth, well-managed and highly collegiate environment, the firm is keen to appoint a corporate partner to join their existing team based in London.

Focusing on high value corporate M&A, private equity and corporate financing work, the team acts for PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, energy and financial services on deals from £50m+.

The firm is keen to appoint a partner with experience of handling bigger ticket M&A and private equity transactions.

With proven experience as a corporate lawyer gained in another recognised corporate firm in the City, you will be an accomplished driver of M&A deals, private equity, capital markets or a mix. You\’ll enjoy building strong relationships with key clients and in this role you will be encouraged to do so.

This is an important, newly fashioned role offering exceptional quality work for top clients, flexibility (hybrid working) as well as a feeling of genuine ownership within the partnership group.
