This London firm has an exciting opening for a Contentious Trusts & Probate lawyer to join their team. The firm has two offices and a well-established client base it has been serving for many years. They have a strong reputation in Private Client work - both contentious and non-contentious.

You will be working closely with a well-known Partner advising clients on a broad range of matters including:

  • All types of inheritance disputes
  • Applications contesting the validity of wills
  • Applications to remove Executors
  • Claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
  • Rectification of Wills
  • Breach of trust claims
  • Contentious Court of Protection applications
