You’ll work closely with the firm’s lead charity partner and team members advising well-known high-profile national and local clients on a broad range of charity matters including:

• Start-up’s and registrations
• Trustee duties and responsibilities
• Governance matters
• Strategic issues
• Mergers
• Serious Incident reports

You’ll have the freedom to draw on and have use of the immense capabilities, support and market leading sector strengths and reputation of this award-winning law firm.

With significant experience acting for charity clients you will thrive working in a highly professional, collaborative and progressive environment. Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to help build a leading charity team.

You might be at Managing Associate / Legal Director level looking for career progression or an existing partner. Either way you’ll be wanting a fresh challenge and one where you can add real value as you help our client to achieve its vision.
