We are instructed on behalf of a leading law firm in Bristol seeking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters, advising a diverse client base including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, property management companies, and private clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex matters, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate autonomy
- Advising on a wide range of disputes including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters
- Dilapidations claims
- Easements, rights of way, and boundary disputes
- Lease renewals and termination matters
- Trespass, nuisance, and restrictive covenant issues
- Delivering commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value disputes
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development, networking, and profile-raising activities
- Supervising junior team members where appropriate
