Are you a Senior Commercial Litigator looking for something that feels genuinely different? Our client, a progressive, well managed and profitable law firm, is home to a heavyweight commercial disputes practice with a stellar reputation and one of the largest dedicated litigation teams in the South West.
Undertaking high quality commercial litigation work on behalf of an established portfolio of local, regional and national clients, this team packs a real punch. In this key role working alongside genuine experts, you'll be advising on complex, high value commercial disputes work including commercial contract and shareholder disputes with a clear focus on undertaking high quality work for high quality commercial clients.
This is an excellent role which would suit a senior commercial disputes lawyer at senior associate or equivalent level with at least 8 years PQE+ and looking for a platform to progress to partnership. You'll have a proven track record of managing your own cases, providing strategic and commercial advice to clients and with a strong focus on mainstream commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
You'll be looking to join a firm able to offer you an excellent throughput of quality work from the outset. This well-established, friendly and supportive firm has a refreshing "one team" team based ethos and a flexible, merit based partnership culture.
