Our client, a major law firm with a strong UK footprint, is looking for a talented commercial senior associate to join their well-regarded national commercial projects practice based in Birmingham.
In this key role, you will focus on complex commercial contracts, outsourcing, strategic partnerships, IT/Technology agreements, public private partnerships and high value public procurement projects. The firm advises major private sector companies as well as central and local government bodies and institutional clients across key sectors including housing and education.
The quality of the work undertaken by the team is exceptional and the department is widely regarded as one of the market's leading lights when it comes to delivering on big-ticket commercial projects mandates.
Ideally, you will have gained experience in a national, international or large regional practice as a commercial contracts, IT/Technology or public sector projects lawyer. You are likely to have at least 5 years PQE+ although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this, provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
This is a great opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic commercial projects lawyer to be part of a highly regarded national practice offering flexibility (no set days in the office), great work, and a collaborative, team-led culture that provides balance and doesn’t expect "City hours" billing.
