Outstanding opportunity for a senior UK Immigration lawyer to join this top-tier law firm in Birmingham. This is a market-facing role with autonomy, high-value work and significant client exposure.

Working in a successful partner-led team, you'll advise a sophisticated mix of clients including multinational businesses, financial institutions, technology and life sciences companies and high-net-worth individuals. You'll take the lead on complex corporate and private client immigration matters, including:

  • Sponsor Licence strategy, compliance and Home Office investigations
  • Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other sponsored routes
  • Right to Work and immigration compliance
  • Immigration issues arising from M&A, restructures and global mobility
  • ILR, citizenship, family and complex private client matters

Beyond the technical work, there is a clear opportunity to build trusted client relationships, develop new business and contribute to the market profile of the practice and to mentor junior lawyers. This role offers clear progression, great support and resources and flexibility (hybrid working assured and full-time or part-time applications are welcomed.)

With ideally ca 5PQE+, you'll be a commercially minded, technically strong Senior Associate who wants greater responsibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in a stand-out team.
