There are two new roles at this top tier firm - This is a fantastic opportunity for both an Associate and Senior Associate wanting to join one of the country's friendliest defendant Clinical Negligence and Healthcare teams. You will be given unrivalled support, handling work of the utmost sensitivity, value, complexity and importance, working alongside Chambers' rated lawyers.
The Senior Associate role brings some supervisory and junior management responsibilities, guiding you towards promotion in due course towards legal director, and the more junior role has the chance to manage paralegals - both with plentiful client contact.
Their reputation as being caring towards their staff is well-known, and a strong ethos of theirs. Many say this firm has a family feel - it's the Clinical Negligence team everyone wants to join, and their retention rate is the highest in the market. They have a personal touch that others lack, such that they genuinely care for their team members, and ensure there is a proper work/life balance, with sensible hours.
You will not see ridiculous targets and goalposts being moved, as they are in some of the other defendant firms. These new roles have come about through expansion, as the work has continued to flow in at a steady rate over many years. This is a financially robust firm, and they reward their lawyers very well.
You will be continually trained to the highest standard, such that lawyers from this firm are deemed some of the most valuable in the defendant Healthcare market. Their lawyers have joined from similarly top rated teams, as well as smaller firms - with one thing in common.... they all love their work.
