New Family Partner opening with this well-established L500 rated West Midlands law firm. Our client, a successful multi-site law firm, has a long-standing and excellent reputation in private client and family & matrimonial law. The firm is progressive, offers great flexibility and promotes a healthy merit based culture.
This is a key role for the firm, offering you genuine autonomy and the chance to play an instrumental role in the department, supporting an established client base of private individuals including HNW clients with assets in the £multi-millions.
You'll bring strong technical legal skills and will feel comfortable advising clients on a range of private family matters which may include:
- divorce and civil partnership dissolution
- financial settlement and ancillary relief
- cohabitation and separations
- pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Children Act work
You'll also enjoy building strong relationships with your clients, opening up new opportunities for work and helping to mentor more junior members of the team.
