As demand for the team's disputes work continues to increase, we're looking for a Senior or Principal Associate to join us. You'll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team working across a wide range of complex and engaging commercial disputes.
What you'll be working on:
- Acting for a broad client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, and national corporates.
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Commercial contract and IT/IP contract litigation
- Restrictive covenant enforcement
- Sale of goods and supply of services disputes
- Defamation claims
- Warranty, indemnity, and consumer claims
You'll be trusted from the outset with quality work and client relationships, with the autonomy to lead on matters and contribute meaningfully to the team.
