This role is an opportunity to join the firm’s enviable national development practice, working on complex residential development projects on behalf of regional, national and bespoke developer clients. The specialist development team works alongside the firm's core real estate offering which is a central pillar for the business and one of the most successful departments. The role will afford you lots of client contact and a great balance between having the right support whilst being trusted to run things with autonomy.
An experienced real estate development lawyer, with at least 1 year PQE and a track record of working on development transactions. Experience of working with housebuilders and/or residential developers would be welcomed. You may be an ambitious Solicitor or an existing Associate at your current firm and looking for a role where you can really make your mark.
