Operating as atrusted business partner and a critical adviser to the business , you will help structure complex transactions, navigate new marketsand ifluence strategic decisions from the outset. The will role affords exposure across a diverse portfolio of commodities, jurisdictionsand high-value commercial projects. .
Key responsibilities:
Advising on complex commercial and trading matters across global commodities markets. Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements and project documentation. Supporting strategic projects from concept through to execution. Providing legal advice on new products, jurisdictions and market entry opportunities. Undertaking legal due diligence to support expansion into new markets and business areas. Working directly with traders, originators and senior stakeholders to solve complex commercial challenges. Collaborating with legal colleagues across the wider company to deliver pragmatic, business-focused outcomes.
