About the Role
Are you an experienced personal injury solicitor looking to focus on complex, high-value cases? A national firm with an outstanding reputation in claimant personal injury work is looking for a solicitor to join its highly rated Serious Injury team in Birmingham. You'll be joining a team led by a highly respected and approachable partner, in a firm that genuinely values and supports its people.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll handle a busy and varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims for injured claimants and their families. You'll also work alongside senior lawyers on complex, multi-million-pound matters, gaining exposure to:
- Birth injury and spinal injury claims
- Inquest representation and related claims
- High-value brain injury cases, including road traffic incidents involving children
What You'll Bring
You'll have:
- At least 3 years' PQE in serious injury or personal injury work
- Experience managing serious injury cases (claimant or defendant background)
- A strong interest in focusing on claimant work
